Advocates are all suitably qualified and have a number of years experience working within the disability sector and we align our skills and work capabilities with our organisational values. Advocates are required to provide Individual Advocacy and undertake Systemic Advocacy Projects.
All employees and volunteers are required to hold a current Working with Children Check (“Blue Card”) and relevant Criminal History Screening with an Exemption to the Disability Services’ Positive Notice (“Yellow Card”) prior to commencing employment and to maintain their eligibiity to hold current cards.
